Meet Team NSPIRE
Jade E. Norris, MD aka “Dr. Jade,” is a devoted Christian, wife, mother, and Las Vegas native. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with additional certification in Obesity Medicine. She focuses on wellness and prevention using the principles of Lifestyle Medicine and her personalized wellness plan “The NSPIRED Health Method” to assist her patients in preventing and reversing chronic diseases. Her non-profit organization @NSPIRELV hosts Las Vegas wellness events to #nspire healthy marriages and families. Dr. Jade completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She obtained her Medical Doctorate Degree from Southern Illinois University and completed her Family Medicine Residency Training in Southern California at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Jade has promoted wellness nationally in magazines, radio, television, social media, and she is the host of "The She NSPIRES Podcast". She has years of experience working in the fitness and pharmaceutical industry and has created numerous community-based programs in Nevada and Illinois and is the author of the children’s empowerment book series, “You Can Call Me Queen” and “You Can Call Me King.” Dr. Jade has a special interest in fitness, dance, healthy cooking, and mentoring and empowering young girls and teens of color. Her mission is to promote health for the entire family, all ages and generations. Her mantra is: “Health, it’s a LIFESTYLE!”

Carlos Norris is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of NSPIRE Primary Care. His professional experience is in Information Technology Consulting for the Las Vegas hotels & casino industry as well as non-profit organization management. Carlos earned his computer science degree from Robert Morris University. He is the founder of the non-profit organization- NSPIRE Ministries (also known as NSPIRE LV and WeNSPIRE) which provides programs, events, and funding towards inspiring healthy marriages, healthy families, and healthcare scholarships.
Carlos is responsible for overseeing NSPIRE Primary Care’s operational efficiency to uphold our mission of an excellent Member experience.
Carlos enjoys basketball, fitness, producing music, and spending time with his wife and children.
Ailani Sanchez-Rodriguez is a Registered Medical Assistant and Nursing student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is a wife and career driven student. She strives to brighten the lives of everyone around her.
Ailani completed her Medical Assisting degree at Orange Technical College in Orlando, Florida. She is currently in her second year of Nursing school at UNLV. She hopes to become an ICU Nurse after graduation and continue on to study Anesthesia and earn her degree as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Ailani is responsible for supporting both administrative and clinical duties in collaboration with Dr. Jade to help provide a premier healthcare experience.
Ailani loves hiking, roller skating and playing with her two cats- Cholula and Baki! She is excited to learn and grow with NSPIRE Primary Care for many years to come!
