Membership & Insurance Information

NSPIRE Primary Care is a membership-based medical practice. We do not bill insurance.

Our Direct Primary Care and concierge model allows us to focus on personalized, accessible care—without insurance-driven restrictions.

Insurance & Eligibility

  • Patients with insurance are welcome to join NSPIRE and use their insurance for healthcare needs outside of the primary care office (such as hospital care or external specialists).
  • Patients without insurance are also welcome and benefit from discounted cash pricing on labs, imaging, and additional services.

Enrollment Fee

$49 one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee per person

The enrollment fee includes:

  • Obtaining and reviewing prior medical records
  • A comprehensive initial physical exam
  • New patient onboarding and care coordination

Specialty Membership Upgrade

Members may upgrade to the NSPIRE Specialty plan at any time to include:

  • Medical weight loss
  • Hormone optimization therapy

Specialty medications (weight loss and/or hormone therapy) are not included in the monthly membership and are billed separately.

Enrollment Fee Waivers

The $49 enrollment fee is waived for:

  • Annual memberships (paid yearly instead of monthly)
  • Families with 4 or more members (parents and their children only)
  • College students ages 19–26
  • Businesses and corporate partners with 5 or more enrolled employees

Pediatric Membership

  • Discounted pediatric membership is available
  • Requires an active adult membership
  • Pediatric membership cannot be purchased independently

Membership Commitment

Monthly memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment
