From the moment we signed up, I have loved our experience with NSPIRE. They've made Primary Care easy and high touch again. Like old school doctors who knew you and made house calls (only these house calls are digital, lol). Just had our first visit with Noelle today. She is incredible!!! Hubs and I felt heard, seen, and supported. She took time to really understand our issues (which are many and complex) and discuss pathways forward! Noelle was even willing to research MCAS so she could better understand what might be happening to me and how she can help. As a cash-pay, I'm also grateful of how transparent she was around additional costs connected to our options. Excited to be working with NSPIRE!!! I feel hopeful for the first time in years.

MCAS PEEPS: I'm their first introduction to mast cell activation syndrome. I'm not saying they know everything. But what I found encouraging was their willingness to meet me as a partner in my health instead of dismissing me, my symptoms, or my concerns. I have seen all sorts of doctors and none of them compare to Dr. Jade. As a woman - a black woman at that - I’ve never felt so seen by a medical professional. She listened to everything I was saying and didn’t diminish anything I was experiencing. Her team was also so responsive and they were able to get me taken care of in no time.
