Dr. Jade Norris, MD (“Dr. Jade”) is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and the Founder and Medical Director of NSPIRE Primary Care, a membership-based primary care practice in her hometown, Las Vegas. She created NSPIRE as a proactive, relationship-driven alternative to traditional healthcare, focused on accessible care, meaningful partnerships, and long-term health.

Dr. Jade blends evidence-based medicine with whole-person care, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease reversal, and personalized care plans that fit real life. She is passionate about empowering individuals, families, and organizations to take control of their health through education, access, and smarter healthcare models.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jade is a wife and mother of two little girls. She values faith, family, and community. She enjoys serving in ministry, fitness, pickleball, and spending quality time with her family.

With a strong background in leadership, systems, and business operations, Carlos plays a key role in translating NSPIRE’s mission into efficient, scalable processes that support high-touch, personalized care. He works closely with the clinical team to ensure that access, communication, and patient experience remain seamless at every touchpoint.

Noelle Davis, NP

Nurse Practitioner
