How much does membership cost?
NSPIRE Primary Care offers several membership options designed to fit different lifestyles, healthcare needs, and budgets.
Memberships start as low as $99 per month, with flexible options for individuals, families, and businesses. We also offer special discounts, including pediatric discounts for children under 18 joining with an adult, group and employer options, and savings with annual enrollment.
For full details, we encourage you to visit our Pricing page to compare plans and find the best fit. If you’d like personalized guidance, you’re always welcome to call or text Team NSPIRE at 702-867-0017, and we’ll help you choose the option that fits your needs best.
How often do I pay the membership fee?
Members may choose monthly or annual enrollment, depending on what works best for them.
Monthly memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month via ACH or credit card. HSA is accepted for all NSPIRE Membership Tiers. While monthly members are not required to prepay, memberships are intended as a three-month trial period to allow enough time to fully experience the benefits of care.
Monthly members may switch to an annual membership at any time.
Annual memberships are billed once per year and include discounted pricing and no enrollment fee.
For corporate and employer partners, monthly memberships are offered, allowing flexibility as employees join or leave the organization. There is no open enrollment period—individuals, families, and businesses may enroll at any time.
If you need to cancel, we require a 30-day notice, which may be submitted via text or email. Membership access continues for 30 days from the cancellation request.
Are discounts available?
Yes. NSPIRE Primary Care offers several ways to save:
- Annual memberships include discounted pricing and a waived enrollment fee
- Pediatric discounts are available for children under 18 when enrolled with an adult
- Corporate and group memberships offer discounted pricing for employees based on team size
For current promotions and plan options, visit our Pricing page or call/text Team NSPIRE at 702-867-0017 for personalized guidance.
Can I rejoin if I cancel my membership?
Yes. Former members may request to rejoin NSPIRE Primary Care one time, based on availability and approval by our leadership team.
Re-enrollment requires completion of a new enrollment form and a new onboarding appointment and is subject to current membership pricing and policies at the time of rejoining. A re-enrollment fee may apply.
NSPIRE Primary Care reserves the right to decline re-enrollment if the membership was not a good fit previously.
Is there a sign-up or enrollment fee?
NSPIRE Primary Care charges a one-time enrollment fee of $49 per person when joining. This fee helps cover onboarding, care coordination setup, and initial administrative costs.
Enrollment fees are waived with annual memberships, and for select group or corporate enrollments.
What’s Included in Membership?
What does my membership include?
Your NSPIRE membership covers approximately 90% of your healthcare needs—all under one roof.
This includes urgent care, chronic disease management, preventive care, pediatrics, and in-office procedures, such as well-woman exams and Pap smears. Members have access to comprehensive primary care designed to address most everyday health needs without the barriers of traditional insurance-based care.
Because services may vary by membership tier, we recommend visiting our Services & Pricing page for a full breakdown of what’s included. If you have specific questions, Team NSPIRE is always happy to walk through membership details—just call or text 702-867-0017.
What services are not included?
While your NSPIRE membership covers approximately 90% of your healthcare needs, some services fall outside of the primary care setting.
Services not included in membership include hospital care, emergency room visits, surgeries, and urgent care visits. When these services are needed, we assist with care coordination, and members may use catastrophic coverage plans (ie- healthshare or insurance, if applicable) or self-pay.
Ancillary services such as labs, imaging, and medications are also not included in the monthly membership fee. However, NSPIRE members have access to wholesale and discounted cash-pay rates, which are often significantly less expensive than traditional insurance pricing and can result in substantial savings.
Insurance, DPC & Concierge Care
Is NSPIRE Primary Care a concierge or Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice?
This is a direct primary care practice. There are similarities between the two models however the main difference is cost. Direct primary care strives to be affordable for most income levels. Concierge also typically bills your insurance in addition to charging a membership fee while we do not bill your insurance at all. Our focus is on making primary healthcare affordable and accessible.
How does NSPIRE work with insurance, HSAs, or health shares?
NSPIRE is a membership-based, concierge-style Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, which means your membership covers your primary care services directly and is not billed through insurance.
If you have insurance—such as a high-deductible health plan—it can still be used for services outside of our office, including hospital care, emergency room visits, imaging, specialty care, or surgeries. If you do not have insurance, those services may be self-pay, and we help guide you to cost-effective options whenever possible.
Many members choose NSPIRE alongside PPO/HMO insurance (or more commonly a High-Deductible Health Plan) or a health share to create a simpler, more affordable healthcare experience.
HSA is accepted for all NSPIRE Membership Tiers.
Access, Appointments & After-Hours Care
How do I access my healthcare team?
Team NSPIRE is just a text or email away. Members may text or email our team Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for questions, care coordination, or to schedule appointments. For same-day responses or scheduling, we recommend reaching out before 4:00 PM whenever possible. Appointments are easy to arrange—simply text our team, and we’ll coordinate Member visits with our provider team.
What happens if I have an urgent issue after hours? Are providers available after hours or on weekends?
If an urgent medical concern arises after hours or on weekends and cannot wait until the next business day, members may email our team and include “URGENT” in the subject line. Our provider team will review the concern and may offer virtual or email guidance for truly urgent issues.
For emergent symptoms—such as chest pain or symptoms that require immediate attention, members should call 911 or seek care at the nearest urgent care or emergency room.
Non-urgent concerns received after hours or on weekends will be addressed on the next business day.
Age Groups & Family Care
Can children join NSPIRE Primary Care? Can adults over 65 become members?
Yes. NSPIRE Primary Care cares for patients of all ages and stages of life.
We provide comprehensive primary care for newborns, children, teens, adults, and adults over 65. Our practice is designed to care for the whole family, across generations, with personalized, relationship-based care at every stage.
Care Scope, Specialists & Hospital Care
NSPIRE Primary Care provides care coordination for services outside of our primary care office to help members navigate next steps with confidence.
This may include coordination or referrals for specialists, imaging, labs, physical therapy, home health, surgery, hospital care, and select wellness services.
Members may request referrals to providers of their choice or select from our NSPIRE Recommended Provider List of trusted specialists and ancillary providers.
Services outside of NSPIRE Primary Care are not included in the membership fee; however, our team remains available to provide guidance and support throughout the process.
Labs: All new members complete initial onboarding labs, which are cash-pay and ordered at enrollment. After onboarding, members may use discounted wholesale cash-pay lab pricing or insurance, based on preference. Our team helps coordinate the option that best fits your needs.
How does NSPIRE help manage serious or complex conditions?
NSPIRE Primary Care supports members with serious or complex health conditions through personalized, relationship-based primary care and ongoing care coordination.
We work closely with specialists, review results, help interpret recommendations, and ensure care plans remain aligned with your overall health goals. Our role is to help you feel supported, informed, and guided—not navigating complex care alone.
What if I need surgery or hospitalization?
If you need surgery or hospital-based care, those services are provided outside of NSPIRE Primary Care. Our team assists with care coordination, referrals, and next steps to help ensure a smooth transition of care. While surgery and hospitalization are not included in the membership fee, NSPIRE remains available to answer questions, review plans, and support you before and after care as part of your primary healthcare team.
Employer & Business Memberships
I’m a business owner — can my employees enroll?
Yes. NSPIRE Primary Care offers corporate memberships, called NSPIRE Corporate, allowing employers to provide concierge-style primary care as a benefit for their employees.
We care for micro, small, medium, and large businesses across the Las Vegas Valley, and businesses may enroll employees at any time—there is no open enrollment period. Memberships are designed to remain flexible as employees join or leave the organization.
Depending on team size, corporate membership discounts are available, and enrollment fees are waived when five (5) or more employees enroll together. Additional pricing incentives may apply based on the size of your team.
Leaders interested in NSPIRE Corporate are encouraged to schedule a discovery call with our leadership team to determine if the program is the right fit for their organization. More details are available on our Employer page, or you may email info@nspireinc.com to request a discovery call.
How does NSPIRE Corporate work for employers?
NSPIRE Corporate is a membership-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) program that allows employers to offer primary care as a simple, predictable benefit for their team.
Employers partner with NSPIRE to provide employees with direct access to a dedicated primary care team, helping reduce missed workdays, improve access to care, and minimize unnecessary urgent care and emergency room visits.
NSPIRE Corporate plans are customizable to fit the needs and budget of each organization. Some employers offer NSPIRE as a standalone primary care benefit, while others combine it with an affordable catastrophic plan option such as a health share or health savings account (HSA) + high-deductible health plan (HDHP) option.
Membership pricing is affordable, transparent and predictable, making it easier for employers to budget healthcare costs while offering a high-value benefit that supports employee health, retention, and productivity. More information is available on our Employer page. To determine if NSPIRE Corporate is the right fit for your organization, the next step is to schedule a discovery call by emailing our leadership team at info@nspireinc.com.
